    ROMANS 5:3-4
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

Brethren is only a fool that fold his hands to watch when the going get tougher. In life the day you discover you are fighting a particular battle if you don’t take the bull by the horn, it will be hard for you to come out of it. When God reveal that battle to you, He expect you to fight it to the very latter, because that is how you can be victorious that battle. But when you fight and get tired, is as good as you surrendering to defeat, failure, disappointment etc. And the Bible in Proverbs 24:10 says,

If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

Your strength is not suppose to be small because you are not fighting with your own strength, but the strength of God. Brethren when the going get tougher you will experience several types of attack from different angles, even the areas you least expect attack, but if you persist even when you have no one to come for your help, you will come out victorious. When the going get tougher as the Israelites where trying to locate the promise land, some of the mix people who followed them from Egypt got tired and demanded that they go back to Egypt, because the promise of God is not for them. But in your own case, you know what God has told you, what He has showed you through dream, through trance, and even use men of God. So is not as if you are fighting the battle for nothing; you are fighting for a greater destiny, so you must fight it to the end.

When the going get tougher even the one fighting you will get tired, but will just be managing little strength to threaten you. But if you continue to pray and rely in God, He will never disappoint you. In 2Timothy 2:3 Apostle Paul says, Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. You must therefore learn to endure whatever you are going through in that battle according to the scriptural proof. Unless you are not expecting to win victory over the enemies, if you do, add more zeal and with patience, knowing fully well that you are not fighting the battle alone; God is with you.

The only way God can assist you in fighting this battle is through your fervent prayers, and your totally reliance in Him. But God will not assist the one who does not have a relationship with Him. That’s why you must surrender your life to Jesus Christ today; so that God will assist you to fight the battle of your life.

God is the one who made the going get tougher, in order to end that battle once and for all.

Study scriptures on the topic. Romans 5:3-4, Proverbs 24:10, 2Timothy 2:3.
