How to Fix Google Play store “No Connection – Retry” Error Message – Knowing very well that google play store is the home for android apps and is widely used by billions of people all around the world for App download and installation, Google play store plays an important role in the android market. If the Play store displays “No Connection – Retryerror message and won’t let you access the store, maybe because of internet connection, for which you know that your connection is open. There are several things you can do to fix the problem.

Method 1:
  • Check your Date And Time Settings

The error can sometimes take place because of invalid date and time, so check if the date and time is okay.

  1. Go to setting on your home screen.
  2. Then tap Date And Time.
  3. Now check if Date and Time is correct or not. If not, then turn OFF Automatic Date and Time feature and set the correct Date and Time.
  4. After that check if Time Zone selected is correct or not. If not, then switch to Manual mode and select the Time zone of your region.
Method 2:
  • Use a different Gmail Account

After you try the 1st method and the problem is still there, Try using a different Gmail Account. To do so, follow this steps.

  1. Go to setting on your home screen.
  2. Click on accounts Option.
  3. Now, click on your Google account and remove it.
  4. Then restart your android device and configure a new Gmail account.

Method 3:
  • Clear Cached Data of Google Play Store

Follow the steps below to clear cached data of the google play store.

  1. Go to setting on your home screen.
  2. Click on Apps or Application Manager option.
  3. Now, swipe right further to open All tab.
  4. Scroll down and look for Google Play Store app. Click on it.
  5. You will see three buttons – > Force Stop, > Clear Cache, and > Clear Data. Click on them in the given sequence.
  6. Now, go back and look for Google Service Framework app. Follow the same steps as mentioned above.
  7. Then restart your android device.

Either of the steps above should solve the error Message, you can also try a FACTORY RESET on your phone, if the error message keeps popping up.
