On This Day Preferences let you understand that Your memories are yours, so you should control which ones you see in On This Day. Memories include things like your posts and others’ posts you’re tagged in, major life events and when you became friends on Facebook with someone as well as Photos from your mobile device’s camera roll.
Meanwhile, Keep in mind that photos from your camera roll only appear in Facebook Memories On This Day if you choose to include them.
How to See Your On This Day Memories
To see your memories,
- First Login to your FB account
- Then click On This Day in the left column of your News Feed or just go to facebook.com/onthisday
To share your FB Memories On This Day, also follow this above steps to first see your Memories first and when you see them:
- Click on Share below each post
- when it opens then choose who you are sharing with, A Friend or public
- Then click on POST

How To Turn on notifications for On This Day
You can also turn on notifications for On This Day to see when you have memories to look back on.
To turn on or off notifications:
- Go to facebook.com/onthisday
- Click Notifications
- Select All Memories or select None
