MTN Scholarship Eligibility
To be able to apply for the scholarship, you should check if you are eligible for the listed standards below.
- You must be a full-time undergraduate student in 300 level in any of the public universities or colleges of education in Nigeria
- You must have a minimum of a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) score of 3.5 or it’s equivalent
- You must have a CGPA of 3.0 (upper credit) from the ordinary national diploma (OND) programme and must have secured an admission to the Higher National Diploma (HND) if you are applying from a public polytechnics
- If you are applying as a direct entry-level student, then you must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (upper credit) from the OND programme and must have secured admission into 300 level in a public university

Follow the steps below to apply for MTN Scholarship free.
- Visit the scholarship application portal at www.foundation.mtnonline.com
- Enter your surname, first name, and middle name
- Select your gender and enter your date of birth
- Select your state of origin and local government
- Select your state of residence and the local government area of residence
- Select your marital status and enter your email address and phone number
- Select your preferred test location and upload your passport (Max file size 4MB, allowed files .jpg, .png)
- Then select if you have received a scholarship before and select your mode of admission
- Enter your UTME registration number, your institution type, and name
- Carefully complete the registration form with other required information as seen on the page
- Accept the terms and conditions to complete your application
Your application details will be verified and shortlisted candidates will be notified and invited for an assessment test. You will be required to come with the following documents.
- Valid student ID card
- Any other means of identification (National ID card, International passport, or driver’s license)
- An admission letter for JAMB and your institution of study
- HND admission letter for polytechnics students
