UTME 2017 – JAMB may Conduct Mock Examination before the UTME | 1.7 million candidates are expected to register and sit for the Examination – The joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede has said that the JAMB body is working on conducting a ‘”mock examination” to know how prepared the candidates for the JAMB 2017 are.
Prof. Ishaq further said that the board has been working to increase the capacity of the CBT centres to maximize their effectiveness to examine more candidates within a given date.
The Prof also made known that the estimated number of candidates for the upcoming examination which we will be expecting by April is 1.7 million candidates.
And that is the more reason JAMB is increasing the capacity of the computer-based centres in order to be able to examine more candidates within a given date.
Prof. Ishaq said though the examination will be thoroughly conducted, he is not promising a Hitch-free examination, and he also noted that there were changes which are ongoing that will send some illegal operators who had defrauded candidates in the past, out of business.
Meanwhile candidates are advised to be careful on fake Jamb Registration form because JAMB form registration has not commenced.
You can endeavor to stay in contact with Us as we will be letting you know when the registration will commence, you can also use this period to work more on yourself as the examination is yet to come.
