How To Increase UBA Transfer Limit Via UBA Mobile App

Before increasing your transfer limit, have it in mind that the maximum limit available on mobile banking after enrolment/re-activation or change of device for the first three days after initiating your first transaction is NGN20,000, after which your limit automatically increases to N200,000 on the fourth day, and up to 1million after the seventh day from the first transaction.

Furthermore, a self-service limit increase on mobile banking is only available after 7 days.

To increase your transaction limit on the Mobile Banking application simply follow the steps below;

  1. Launch the application
  2. Login with your mobile number and password
  3. Select “Banking” 
  4. Click on the three stripes (red lines) at the top left-hand corner of the screen and select “Others”
  5. Select self Service and click on Transaction Limit
  6. Click on Upgrade Now and Click on the Agree
  7. Set a limit (Maximum of NGN5,000,000.00) and click on Upgrade Profile
  8. Authenticate Transaction with “Secure-pass” or your ATM card details to complete your transaction limit upgrade.

It’s as simple as that.
